- Please ensure that any promotional offers, discounts etc. are obtained through the app. We have not authorized any third-party for it.
- Please ensure that your EV is properly locked and secure while it is set to charge.
- If something is too good to be true, it probably is. Do not be tempted by scammers.
- We do not give unannounced gifts to users and we do not ask for your information in return.
- Do not share details of your bank account, credit card or debit card with us or anyone else.
- Please ensure your own safety at all times while using Charging Points.
